Paris will not only be the epicenter of sport, but also a beacon of innovation and sustainability.
The Paris 2024 Games aim to bring athletes, brands and audiences together through revolutionary approaches.
Paris 2024 has set out to integrate art and culture in an unprecedented way. Numerous renowned artists and designers are designing the symbolic objects of the Games. Just a few examples:
- Ugo Gattoni, a French illustrator, has designed the official posters highlighting the diversity and iconic landmarks of Paris, Marseille and Tahiti.
- Chaumet™, a French jewelry house, made the medals, which include parts of the Eiffel Tower.

The 2024 Olympic Games will not only take place in Paris. Lille, Marseille and Tahiti will also play an important role.
- Lille is showcasing the link between sport and technological innovation, from new materials to iconic sportswear, in the "Textimoov" exhibition.
- Marseille is organizing a triple exhibition entitled "Des exploits, des chefs-d'œuvre", which focuses on the link between art and water sports disciplines such as kitesurfing and sailing.
- In Tahiti, an exhibition on the history of surfing will be presented, highlighting the development of modern surfing in Polynesia and the "Surfing Way of Life".
After Paris 2024, Los Angeles will take over the Olympic Games, while France is bidding to host the 2030 Winter Games in the Alps. France is following sustainable role models such as the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc, which has greatly reduced the need to travel by car.
