Talent & Culture Hub

The Talent & Culture Hub at ISPO Munich 2024 was the central platform for employer branding and recruitment in the sports industry, offering companies and potential employees an ideal opportunity to exchange ideas about career opportunities. In times of skilled labor shortages, companies were able to directly attract young talent and professionals, while sports students, career entrants, and professionals made valuable contacts and gained insights into the sports business.

The diverse program included keynotes, lectures, workshops, masterclasses, career tours, and speed networking, fostering both networking and knowledge expansion. Universities had the opportunity to showcase their study programs and research projects with a 4 m² stand and present research findings using posters and wall displays.

The Talent & Culture Hub thus offered a comprehensive range of trends, solutions, and career opportunities to effectively connect talent and companies in the sports industry.

Supply Chain Forum
Supply Chain Forum

Sustainability, transparency, and efficiency are becoming increasingly important to consumers, presenting companies with the challenge of integrating these demands into their supply chains. A modern supply chain today must not only operate smoothly but also be fair and environmentally responsible. It’s no longer just about cost and speed—responsibility and innovation are now at the forefront. Visitors found the right solutions at ISPO Munich 2024.

The Supply Chain Forum, in cooperation with the Federation of European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI) and the World Federation of Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI), was the central meeting point for sustainable and future-oriented supply chains. Manufacturers, suppliers, and businesses gained valuable insights and networking opportunities to develop solutions for future challenges together.

Companies like Ace Tech, Snowtex Outerwear, and other tech pioneers presented innovative approaches and technologies. The forum and its stages also offered deep insights into current topics, such as EU regulations on human rights and environmental standards, contract reviews, and certifications. Daily morning sessions in Hall C4 focused on key topics such as the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), decarbonization, and new approaches like reshoring and nearshoring—always emphasizing networking and collaborative solution strategies.
