Gregor Kischel studied textile technology in Mönchengladbach and, as a qualified textile engineer, took over the management of the fully integrated textile company Zurwieden, where he was responsible for the fully integrated production of ticking fabrics (from weaving to dyeing and finishing). After three years of initial experience in production, he moved as Head of Quality Management to Brinkhaus, another fully integrated company, where fabrics for the bedding and outdoor jacket sector were produced. Gregor then moved into the clothing industry: initially responsible for quality management at DressMaster (Steilmann's menswear group) for 12 years, followed by 13 years as Head of Technical Purchasing and Garment Finishing. He has currently been Head of Sales & Garment Finishing at the textile service provider WKS Sustainable Textile Solutions for 5 years.
