Danay Lea is a global C-Suite executive with extensive experience in unlocking enterprise value, digital transformation and AI implementation across international markets. As the former COO of McMillan LLP and Advisor to the CEO at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, he introduced enterprise-wide AI initiatives and developed frameworks that refocused service delivery through generative AI applications. A keen snowboarder, he has worked with Burton Snowboards in the development of their Asia Pacific strategy and their Joint Venture partnership in China. Throughout his career, Danay has driven major transformations across multiple industries, implementing advanced digital tools and organisational redesigns that delivered significant operational efficiencies. He brings a truly global perspective to the intersection of AI and business transformation, having worked across Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and North America, and holds an Executive MBA from IMD Business School.
