From idea to impact: activation and relevance through corporate health

This panel, powered by Mavie Work, looks at how corporate health programs can have a lasting impact by both activating employees and demonstrating their relevance to the company. It is less about metrics such as sickness rates and more about creating added value that strengthens both the corporate culture and the well-being and ultimately the performance of employees.

Experts from the field and innovators will discuss how health initiatives can promote exercise and mental health without getting stuck in short-term trends. The focus will be on how digital solutions help to take individual needs into account, facilitate access to health services and make the contribution to corporate development tangible.

Special focus will be placed on the interplay between new concepts and proven practices in order to establish corporate health as an integral part of the corporate culture.

With its silent stage technology, the ISPO Yellow Stage creates a space for concentrated and inspiring discussions. Equipped with headphones, participants can follow the panelists' perspectives and take away new ideas for their own corporate health strategy.

Corporate health not only contributes to the well-being of employees, but also strengthens trust in the corporate culture. In a changing world of work, it is essential to design health initiatives that respond to the needs of employees and at the same time support the goals of the company.
