Journalist and media maker with joy, passion and understanding. As a qualified sports economist, I enjoy combining lifestyle trends with business topics in my job. Whether print or online - I love both, just as much as hiking, jogging, swimming and fitness. I am firmly rooted in my home town. Rosenheim, located in a former glacial lake at the foot of the Alps, is where I was born. I moved from there for many years - sometimes within Germany, sometimes to countries near or far. In 2016, I allowed myself a break and traveled around the world in 100 days. For some time now, I've found a new home - and I'm discovering the Rupertiwinkel. I'm usually accompanied by a big black shadow: mixed-breed dog Ginny. I jump into the nearby Waginger See lake with her or explore the mountains between Hochries and Hochfelln. After studying sports economics, I took a roundabout route to journalism and ended up in the lifestyle department. From decoration and fashion to food and travel, sport and hiking as well as animals and training - I really enjoy dealing with these topics. Professionally and privately.

To ensure that the journey is really the destination, it's important to organize a few things in advance and to pack your backpack smartly. The ISPO.com Hiking 1x1 clarifies important questions.
